Supportive Housing

Committee Lead: Amie Fishman
Meets: Quarterly, To Be Determined

The goal of this committee is to increase the number of permanent supportive housing units in Alameda County by growing the capacity, awareness, and resources for permanent supportive housing development and operations.

Research and Evaluation

Committee Lead: Robert Ratner
Meets: 1st Tuesday of every month, 1-3 pm

How will we know if homelessness is being ended?  How do we track our progress or what strategies are working?  The research and evaluation committee utilizes data and information systems technology to create, measure, and report the most effective approaches for ending homelessness in Alameda County.

Resource Development and Public Relations

Committee Lead: Kathie Barkow
Meets: 2nd Monday of every month, 1-3 pm

Current projects of this committee include city adoptions, endorsements from organizations and individuals, and the free public film screening of Where God Left His Shoes.  This committee facilitates and oversees EveryOne Home’s organizational and financial stability, visibility, and sustainability.

Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Compliance

Committee Lead: Riley Wilkerson
Meets: Last Tuesday of the month, 1-3 pm

HUD grants federal monies to qualifying agencies and organizations that provide housing and services to homeless individuals.  This committee works to maintain the HUD Homeless Assistance Award by overseeing compliance with HUD mandates, and to ensure that both the funding and information generated serve the goal of ending homelessness.
