-
Emergency and Transitional Housing—Recommend policies, practices, and staff development that Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing providers can implement to focus on ending homelessness.
-
Funding and Service Models — Support local developers in utilizing new funding sources given conflicting requirements by studying current developments in Alameda County.
-
Jurisdictional Policy Development — Develop best practices and strategies for local governments to implement EveryOne Home.
-
Dedicated Revenue Stream — Identify and campaign for passage of a dedicated revenue stream for capital development, operations, and services in Permanent Supportive Housing.
-
Property Management and Master Leasing — Improve quality and support practitioners of property management in permanent supportive housing, recommend strategy for expanding capacity to master lease units on county-wide basis, and improve homeless and disabled persons access to new units by revising tenant screening criteria.
