Everyone Home is seeking a consultant services to translate Everyone Home's system-wide outcome goals into specific program-level outcome measurements for providers of housing and services to homeless people and people at-risk of homelessness that are consistent across multiple local funding sources. Please distribute this information to colleagues who may be candidates for this project.
This contract will include developing outcome measures and thresholds for use with contracting for housing and services, and reporting and monitoring tools for their implementation. The selected consultant will also work closely with community agencies to establish the process, and will need to engage the creativity and experience of community based organizations to develop the outcome measures themselves.
The public agencies and jurisdictions partnering with Everyone Home on this project are the Alameda County Social Services Agency, Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services, Alameda County Housing and Community Development's Supportive Housing Program, the City of Oakland and the City of Berkeley. These organizations together are responsible for $41 million in housing and services contracts with more than 50 community based organizations serving people who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness.
