Each interested agency should submit one application. Approximately five homeless service providing agencies in Alameda County will be selected for each session, with preference given to those agencies which serve the highest volumes of people. Agencies are asked to identify a team of 4 to 7 staff members to attend the Academy, including the Executive Director (or top-level management in Alameda County), program management, and front-line staff. Additionally, agency teams must be able to commit to completing some preparatory work prior to the Academy.
